Will I receive the same pattern of product that I see in the picture?
Of course! You will receive exactly the same pattern product as shown in the picture.
How do I receive my pattern?
Right after purchasing, you will be directed to a confirmation page where you can download the files. You will also receive an email with a link to download your files. You can also download them at any time from your account on the site. The validity of the links never expires.
It will come in .pdf A4 & Letter format.
Can I sell shoes I make from your patterns?
Of course! as long as you are the one sewing the shoes.
But distributing the pattern to third parties is forbidden and Valevro has all the rights. (you may not outsource to a manufacturer or otherwise mass produce the shoes).
Can I share patterns I buy?
No. We spend a lot of time and effort on each of our patterns and instructions. If people are interested in using Valevro patterns you've acquired, please direct them to our website.
How Do I know what size to print?
Once you download the pattern, open up the instruction and there is a sizing chart that will help you decide which size to print.
Can a beginner sew your patterns?
Yes! However, some patterns are more difficult than others. Be patient, analyze our instructions and keep working. The results will be delightful.

Because these are digital products and once purchased you have access to them at any time, these products cannot be returned. But if you have any problem related to patterns or files, please let us know and we will fix any issue.
