Understanding the Course Types: Individual vs. Full Package

When exploring shoemaking with VALEVRO, you have two main ways to learn — through individual courses or the full course package. Here's what each option means:

An individual course focuses on one specific shoe model, such as the Derby, Ankle Boot, Loafers or other. It includes complete lessons for that model only — from patternmaking to shoemaking (where applicable).

📦 Full Package Course

The full course package is a complete shoemaking journey. It includes all 9 shoe models in one program: Derby, Oxford, Loafer, Ballerina, Heels, Sandals, Sneakers, Ankle Boots, Calf Boots plus access to upcoming styles as they’re released.

Courses Terms & Conditions

1. Course Enrollment & Access - By enrolling in a course, you gain lifetime access to the course materials, including video lessons, guides, and downloadable resources. Course access is personal and non-transferable.

2. Included Kits & Shipping ( only for full package courses )

 •     The Patternmaking Course includes a Patternmaking Tools Kit and a Pair of Shoe Lasts.

 •     The Shoemaking Course includes a Shoemaking Tools Kit, a Shoemaking Materials Kit and a Pair of Shoe Lasts.

 •     The Patternmaking and Shoemaking Course includes a Patternmaking Tools Kit, a  Shoemaking Tools Kit, a Shoemaking Materials Kit and a Pair of Shoe Lasts.

 •     Kits shipping costs are not included due to varying delivery charges by location.

 •     If you choose to claim your kits, shipping will be arranged within 1-2 business days, with estimated delivery times varying by country (usually 6-10 days).

3. Full Package Courses Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Below are the terms and conditions for requesting a course refund:

A. 7-Day Refund Window

• You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• If you’ve claimed the kits, the course will no longer be refundable, even if you're still within the 7-day period. I recommend you take a look at the course lessons first to make sure it’s the right fit for you!

B. After the 7-Day Refund Period

• If the 7-day refund period has expired, a refund is no longer available.
• However, if after the 7-day refund period you haven't claimed the kits, you qualify for a 10% refund or you can still claim your kits.

C. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  

*During the 7-day refund policy, a small portion of lessons (about 15%) will remain locked and will automatically unlock after 7 days. However, the available lessons provide more than enough material to get started immediately.

Our policy is designed to ensure fairness for both our students and our business—protecting the value of our educational content while giving you a risk-free way to evaluate the course.

4. Individual Courses Refund Policy - We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Below are the terms and conditions for requesting a individual course refund:

A. 24-Hour Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
B. After the 24-Hour Refund Period
If the 24-Hour refund period has expired, a refund is no longer available.
C. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property - All courses materials, including videos, documents, and templates, are the intellectual property of VALEVRO. They are for personal educational use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold.

6. Support & Assistance - For any questions regarding the courses, materials, or shipping, you can reach out to us at office@valevro.com.

7. Acceptance of Terms - By purchasing a course, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the refund policy and shipping costs for the kits.

8. Others - Nothing in these terms and conditions will restrict or limit your legal consumer rights.
