Return physical products
For us, no order is complete until you are completely satisfied. If something is wrong, you have 14 days to return it. Exception from the possibility of return with the return of money is made by personalized products, the return or exchange with another product being possible only if the products have obvious manufacturing defects.
VALEVRO guarantees a full refund for any items returned in accordance with section 8 (Order Withdrawal) of the terms and conditions, provided that all items are returned in the same condition as when received. This means that items should not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than trying the item on) and any tags or packaging should be intact, otherwise they will not be refunded and sent to you back. VALEVRO has the right to determine the condition of the returned item and decide the refund.
For the return, you can use any courier you want, but the cost of transport is your responsibility. The exception is the case where (the cost of transport will not be refunded):
a) the article is received from us with a defect;
b) the item received does not correspond to the contract or the order you placed.
Parcels sent back with a refund will be refused.
To return, please complete the following steps:
- Fill in all the data from the Return Form that you can find HERE;
- After sending the above form, we will send you all the return data by email (address, name, phone)
– Immediately after processing the return, your refund will be visible in your bank account, specified in the Return Form, within 14 days, but usually much faster.
