Shipping
After placing your order, we will begin manufacturing.
The manufacturing time is 6–8 business days, after which the order will be shipped via FedEx.
Shipping typically takes 4–8 days within the US, UK, and EU.
Returns
Due to the nature of these products, which are manufactured specifically for you after the order is placed, returns are not accepted.
The only exception is in the case of manufacturing defects on our side. If you receive a defective product, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
